Sticking to what they know best B&O PLAY have introduced a new wireless headphone that brings a better music experience with new technology while being designed by some of the most premium materials available.
Called the BeoPlay H9, the headphone which is available in Black and Argilla Grey is an over-ear style that is completely wireless and designed for comfort. Even exploring the images they appear very comfortable thanks to the materials B&O have decided to use.
The frame of the headphone is made from solid lightweight aluminium, cowhide is then stitched on and the all important ear cushions have been made from soft lambskin with foam underneath that will adapt to your ear.Just as important as design is the audio music experience which has been improved with the addition of active noise cancellation (ANC) technology. This means you will hear music in detail and not the music interrupting sounds around you. I am excited to explore this more when in noisy environments from city streets to trains.
What I am impressed with is the battery life with 14 hours of music playback – with the noise cancellation on. For a wireless product that is quite impressive but even if you did forget to charge them you can do so in 3 hours, swap out the battery, or simply plug in an audio cable.
The BeoPlay H9 has launched for a recommended retail price in Australia of AUD$799 from Bang & Olufsen stores and other third party retailers. I will also explore these headphones more in the future.
