From the outside, the Eve Degree appears to be a simple elegant looking temperature sensor. In fact, it also measures the humidity and air pressure of around the home. All of which can be viewed in the form of a simple and effective graph from with-in the Eve app by the hour, day, week or month. However, there is so much more to this little device.
The Eve Degree is compatible with Apple’s Home Automation technology called HomeKit, which expands the possibilities of Eve Degree for your home. We’ve been able to automate devices around the home based on the information the Eve Degree is registering. One example is, if the temperature is high it will change the colours of lights (also HomeKit-enabled) to cool colours or a warm spectrum for a lower temperature – and this is just one of many automation possibilities.

What We Love
We ask ourselves what feature do we love most.
How it can automate other HomeKit devices around the home based on the information it sensors (Temperature, air pressure and humidity). – Ben
The ability to easily place it on the wall. It is designed with aluminium which looks nice and makes it light. – James
Seeing the data
It becomes interesting to see just how temperature and more rises and falls in the home. How the graph spikes up when the heater is turned on or seeing just how cold it got overnight. You can even compare from the previous day, week, or month!
Knowing the temperature is as simple as asking Siri. “Hey Siri, what is the temperature in the bedroom?”.
